What Exactly are Extracts and what can I do with them?
Cannabis Extracts are an end product after separating a specific part from the Cannabis Plant. Psycho Ex’s separates the THC from the Flower of the Cannabis Plant. Once the THC has been separated from the Flower, we are left with an oily wax like substance. That “wax” will end up being manipulated into different textures, such as Shatter, Sugar Wax and Budder. That Wax can also be made into Diamonds and Sauce, which is quite a longer process.
Extracts can be consumed in various ways. One of the most common ways, would be by using a Dab Rig. Dab Rigs are very similar to a Bong. A Dab Rig still has a Water Bong but instead of a Bowl, it uses either a Nail or a Banger. Rather than packing up the Nail or Banger with an Extract, that Nail or Banger is heated up first, usually by a Torch. Once the Nail or Banger gets to the desired temperature, the Extract is then dropped inside by what’s called a Dab Tool. Other accessories, such as Dab Beads, Terp Pearls and Carb Caps can help enhance the Dabbing experience.
Flower Enthusiasts can still enjoy Extracts! Not only can you enjoy, but adding an Extract to the top of the Bowl on your Bong will take your Flower experience to the next level! Joints also Love and added Extract! May we suggest spreading a little Budder on your rolling paper before rolling your Joint? Before you roll your J up, a Little Shatter or Sugar Wax is a great addition to the top of your Flower!
TAKE IT EASY AT FIRST! Remember, Extracts are very close to 100% THC, whereas dry Flower can be between 12% – 25%. The price for Extracts are quite a bit more than the price of Flower, due to the Extraction Process and it being very concentrated. If you are new to adding Extracts to your flower, just add a touch to start and go from there 
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER!
The Psycho Ex’s shop uses a 3 point checking system that gives us and you the best possible chance that your order will arrive correctly, however we do sometimes make mistakes. If you are missing an item, please make sure to take a picture of your full order, with the packing slip visible. Send that picture, along with a brief description of the issue to info@psychoexs.cc. We will rectify that issue by creating a credit for the price of that product at the time you purchased it. Please make sure to mention your order number as well.
Quality control is at the top of our list. Our extractors use state of the art equipment and very high grade Cannabis. The end product is then tested by several of our testers before it gets up for sale. We stand behind each and every product we offer but of you do have an issue with our product, we are happy to hear from you. Please take a picture of the product and send a brief description of the issue to info@psychoexs.cc. Please make sure you include your order number.
Psycho Ex’s does not have a return policy. Under no circumstances will we be accepting any products back. If you do have an issue with our product, please refer to the above options.

WHAT IS?
Cannabis extracts are the result of extracting specific components from the cannabis plant. At Psycho Ex’s, we extract THC from the buds of the cannabis plant. Our extracts boast a high THC concentration, around 90%, with the remainder comprising of terpenes. Terpenes are responsible for the aroma and flavor of the extract. Since each cannabis strain has its own unique terpene profile, you can anticipate distinct scents and flavors from the strains we utilize.
Butane Hash Oil (BHO). Butane is a hydrocarbon that vaporizes very easily and is used to strip or Extract the THC from the Cannabis plant. Because it vaporizes very easily, it’s the most common hydrocarbon used in the Extraction of THC.
Sugar Wax is a name given to the Extract end product when it finishes with the consistency of a wet sugar. It is very high in THC and Terpenes.
Budder is a name given to the Extract end product when it finishes with the consistency of a stick of soft butter. It is very high in THC and Terpenes.
Shatter is a name given to the Extract end product when it finishes with the consistency of a fragile piece of glass. It is very high in THC and Terpenes.
After the BHO process, that Hash Oil is then put into containers and put under pressure. Once under pressure, that Hash Oil starts to have a chemical reaction, which causes the Hash Oil to separate into THCA Diamonds and Terpenes. THCA Diamonds are odourless and tasteless but are very close to 100% THCA. The Terpenes are loaded with aroma and taste but also has a high THC content. THCA Diamonds must must receive or encounter high temperatures to turn into THC.
Terpenes are the aromatic compound found in plants and in our case, Cannabis plants. Each Cannabis strain has it’s own Terpene profile. This gives each Cannabis strain it’s own unique smell and taste.

SHIPPING AND ORDER QUESTIONS
At this time, we only accept E-Transfers and Bitcoin. Once you place an order, you will get an auto email with your invoice and the Email Address to send your E-Transfer to or you will get instructions on how to send your Bitcoin payment. If you are sending an E-Transfer, we will require your order number in the subject of the email.
We only use Canada Post Xpresspost packaging. That means that once your order leaves, you will receive it within 2-5 business days, depending in what part of the country you are located. Once you pay for your order, you will receive a tracking number that you can plug into the “TRACK YOUR DELIVERY” spot at the Canada Post Website. Canada Post does rarely have delays, so please make sure you keep an eye on that tracking. As long as Canada Post shows that they have the package, we will assume it will arrive. Psycho Ex’s is ONLY liable for packages that have deemed to be lost or undeliverable by the Canada Post Tracking.
Orders that reach $149 (after any discounts), will qualify for FREE XPRESS POST SHIPPING! Orders that do not reach $149, will have a shipping charge of $19.95.

ABSOLUTELY! Your order will be shipped in a Canada Post Xpresspost Bag with a discreet return address. Your products will be packaged in sealed jars or smell proof bags. Those products are once again, put into a thicker smell proof mylar bag and heat sealed. There will be no signs of what you have ordered or any smell.
Once the shop packages your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The orders will then be heading to the post office mid day. Once the post office receives your Xpresspost package, Canada Post will then scan it, which will show you tracking number to be live. It will take a bit of time in between getting an email with your tracking number and for it to be live. Please allow until the end of the day for your tracking number to be live.
